The form books up to 60 — the whole terrace, on a good evening. Past that we stop using a form and start planning it properly: menu, timing, the corner of the roof we close off for you. Call and ask for the manager.
Yes — 60 is the largest booking the form will take, and it is the terrace's own seat count. Bookings are checked against the whole building, so a big group is not turned away for picking the wrong room. If every time still comes back full, the evening genuinely is: try another date, or call and ask for the manager and we will set the floor up for you.
We hold your table for fifteen minutes past the booking time, no questions asked. Past that we can usually still seat you, but the exact table might change. A quick WhatsApp message helps us keep the good one for you.
There are three, all on food and beverages, all on a table booked in advance. 30% is Monday to Friday between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. 20% is Monday to Friday at any hour we are open. 15% runs every day, weekends included. You tick the one you want while booking and it is on the bill at the table — nothing to enter, nothing to pay in advance. They do not add up: on a Tuesday afternoon you get 30%, not 65%. None of them apply on 31 December, 1 January, or on major festivals and public holidays.
Yes — 15% off, and it runs every day of the week, so a Saturday or Sunday booking is never empty-handed. The bigger numbers are deliberately on the quiet days: 30% exists to fill weekday afternoons, and a Saturday evening on the terrace does not need help filling up. If you can move the same dinner to a Thursday, the same table costs noticeably less.
The form no longer asks, because asking made big bookings fail: a party of 30 who picked the indoor room was refused every date, since that room seats 40 on an empty night. Every online booking is now taken for the building and the floor seats you. Say "terrace, if you can" in the note and we will do our best — on a quiet evening that is an easy yes.
Often, and gladly. Choose Birthday as the occasion and dessert is on us — one candle-lit plate for the table, no charge. Tell us in the note if it is a surprise and we will bring it out after the mains instead of the moment you sit down.
There is open parking at the foot of the building on MG Road — it fills up fastest on Friday and Saturday evenings, so come a few minutes early. The lift runs all the way to the top floor, so the terrace is reachable without stairs.
